Hi, I’m Jamie. I’m a therapist who believes that our stories matter—and that healing often begins when we feel safe enough to share them. I’ve always had a deep interest in understanding people and what shapes their experiences.

Helping people articulate and better understand their own stories is meaningful work that I’m truly honored to do. I work with individuals and couples using trauma-informed and Attachment Based approaches including EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
